The staff were all extremely nice. However, Jackie in the reception/eating area was outstanding. She was friendly and helpful. In addition to her duties in the dining area, she asked if everything was going OK with our stay. She kept the dining area clean, neat , and t he food refreshed. The lobby , hallways and rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable.

The blankets on the beds were so thin, I still don't even know if that was a blanket at all. It could've been 2 sheets. Pillows were low quality. I didn't sleep well. And when you're on the road, what matters the MOST is, 'how well did you sleep'. I could tell the sheets for the pull out bed in the suite were not fresh or newly washed. And the bedroom to the suite smelled like cat. So it wasn't a 'terrible' stay, but I would choose another hotel vs Drury in the future if I have a choice. It just wasn't comfortable enough. You must upgrade the bedding!! And make sure housekeeping is washing everything that's been used. I'd even say stop allowing cats, but I realize people love their pets. But cats stink....they pee or spray once, that room is going to stink forever.
