501 - South Beach Condos

The best view we have ever had and we’ve been renting beachfront condos for years in Treasure Island. Very nice condos with everything you could possible need. Loved that the pool wasn’t crowded at all during our stay.

The mattress on the king bed was hard. Not enough that we wouldn’t stay again.

That it was fully furnished and equipped with everything we needed . Beach toys and such . The only issue I had and addressed with the manager at front desk since we rented with itrip is I had a note on my car that I didn’t have a valid car permit when I did and they left a note that my car would be towed and it was due to new hire not looking for correct parking permi had my car been towed we would have had an issue Luckily my car wasn’t towed and I seen the note while I was checking out . But great location. Family friendly .

Apartment was tired looking and needed updating.The bathroom didn't look like it had been cleaned. The floor was dirty and skirting boards dusty. There was no phone available for emergency use which is important for international visitor's without use of mobile phone. No information folder advising how TV etc work.
