Location was great, very close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The penthouse suite was very large, clean and updated. The fridge had the water and ice option in the door which was great. Also, a coffee pot/Keurig combo was provided which was a nice, unexpected amenity. Great views and plenty of room. Balcony was very large. About a 5-minute walk to the ocean water.
Balcony could use a deep cleaning. The pool was nice but twice there were rowdy guests from one party (10-12 people) diving and doing back flips taking up the entire pool and very strong odor from them smoking weed. Maybe monitor the pool more to help it be more guest and family friendly.

The smoke detector is extremely sensitive and would go off often with any type of cooking on the stove
