Convenient to beach access.. and pool area!

Mattress uncomfortable.. and hot water not good

Great location, the pool was RIGHT THERE. Kids loved it beach access was directly across the street.

Beds are not comfortable. If AC is not set lower than 73 degrees the place will be on the warm side. There is no extra set of blankets available or pillows. Pillows are so worn out, you have to double up to have a little of head lift. There is a set of body wash, shampoo and conditioner set in the shower however it is just for decoration as they are empty. The containers for the hand soap are also at the sinks but barely any comes out. If we were renting for 3 days at least leave enough sample size products for body care. The toilet papers set were already started and only one extra toilet roll in 2/3 restrooms for a 3 day family stay! The door to balcony that leads to beach has to be pulled open by 2 people and the furniture is completely rotten!! It is such an inconvenience that you all don’t advertise this of your property. Not enough dishware, no basic condiments and all dishware that we used had dust as if not cleaned in weeks. It seems like an abandoned property that is being rented at random. However the price does not reflect the lack of, or the late check in for no reason and the early check out. The house “cleanliness” does not reflect the 6 hour gap placed between check in, and check out it just seems like it’s a benefit for you all. Over all we just enjoyed the proximity to beach & pool.

The view from the balcony is awesome! The proximity to the beach is great! We didn't need to move our vehicles because of how close everything is. The kids loved having the pool right outside our back door. Having a water spicket outside came in handy for washing off all of our beach toys and coolers.

I was told there would be basic cleaning supplies, but there was nothing for me to clean up with or wash dishes with. No dish soap, sponge, extra paper towels, extra rags, dish washer pods. There wasn't enough bath towels for all of the guests. When I first walked in I noticed how dirty the doors and walls are (hand prints and shoe prints) which made me feel a little uneasy about the rest of the cleanliness. One of the TVs wasn't turning on properly so we couldn't watch it and the others were just hard to navigate because of the Roku. Some basic instructions on how to set up the Roku would probably be helpful for future guests. I called the host to inform them about a water leak in the kitchen and a spark coming out of the dryer. I was told someone would come in the morning to take care of dryer, but instead 2 people came to fix the leak at separate times and no one ever showed up for the dryer.
