La posizione e la struttura. L'accoglienza e il ristorante. Presicce offre molti ristoranti interessanti e la posizione permette di spostarsi in molti lidi caratteristici. Ottima struttura per chi viaggia in compagnia di un cagnolino.

Uniche note non positive da segnalare:
Abbiamo pagato mezza pensione ma le bevande (anche l'acqua!) erano escluse (scoperto in struttura). Non per i 3€ a bottiglia, ma è inusuale vendere un pacchetto di mezza pensione senza bevande
Il wifi era pessimo. Il segnale dati molto scarso
La porta della camera che portava al bagno era molto rumorosa, di notte se uno si svegliava per andare in bagno svegliava gioco forza anche l'altro per il rumore

Eine wunderschöne Anlage. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Super Frühstück. Wir wurden herzlich Empfangen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sie haben einen super service Angeboten, die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und jeden zweiten Tag wurden die Hand- und Duschtüchcher ersetzt. 5 Autominuten vom wunderschönen Strand von Lido Marini entfernt. Wir werden diese Masseria sicher wieder buchen.

The quiet location. The pool.
Bedroom and breakfast room felt dated. WiFi wasn’t working. Staff were helpful but not very engaged. Didn’t see in booking.com that swim hats were compulsory.
