Location is nice... quiet and easy to get to. Perfect if you want something perfect, simple and affordable in the Catskills area.
It would have been nice to have a pool.

Not really a negative but this is a budget, well-maintained mid century motel. Don't expect a renovated room/the Four Seasons, but the price is fair for what you get.
