Check-in was easy. The home and its garden beds are lovingly maintained, and the location can’t be beat. The breakfasts were wonderful, and our hosts were friendly and gracious.
The key to the room was not in the room door when we arrived, but we did receive it later. The mattress was too soft to be comfortable all night if you are used to a firm mattress. Also, it looked like repairs to the windows and ceiling were in process, with shutters being taped shut. And the wine glasses were a nice touch, but the dishwasher did not get them entirely clean.

The breakfast was terrific and beautifully served. The living room was very inviting.
Reading lamps near the wonderfully comfortable chairs in the living room and a small table there for tea.
