Very very clean. Most important factor. Staff was awesome. Standard room was spacious for 4. Walked to volcano bay which was a plus.

The hotel had signs to a garden walk to get to cabana bay. It Was really far and long in the heat. You can cut across the street and make the walk shorter.

Everything was good, might need more check in staff about 8:00 if possible, but not a big deal.

Robots were aggravating. One was trying to get on an elevator with it full of people. It stayed inside the door for a good minute holding the elevator hostage. I push wait for next one button, but he still did'nt move. I'm sure better robots are available, or at least get the current ones software upgraded.

I like the early park entrance. I like the shuttle buses. Inlike the rooftop bar

I felt the rooms were a little small, blankets felt like hospital blankets very thin and rough, towels on rough side too. I tried to check kut on ipad but was unable too because I had to go downstairs to pay the balance instead of being able to just oay on ipad. There was only one woman working and it took longer than expected and we needed to get in shuddle to get the early entry. The bartol was bice but food options not really for everyone. Pool was small and nothing exciting. Gift shop employees were awesome and friendly, I like them a lot.
