    The only down side was having to pay over $28 to park on their property even though you paid for a room.

    My daughter and I stayed here for a concert a Little Cesears arena. The location is fantastic! You can walk right down to the arena in 2 minutes. You do have to pay for parking but you would have to pay for parking either way and this way there is no traffic. The people that own this are trying, the downstairs was pretty nice. However our room on the top floor wasn't clean - sticky floors, hairs in the tub, dirty coffee table. It was not a place we wanted to spend time in - which was ok because we were there for the concert. Also the curtains were sheer so it felt like everyone could see in, the light from downtown Detroit were bright while we were going to bed and the sun came in very early in the morning. My daughter had a blast and I'm not sure I wouldn't stay there again if we were going to a concert - but I wanted you to be able to make an informed decision.
