Die Lage ist sehr gut....das Personal war sehr aufgeschlossen- hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich! Wir waren zum Lichterfest da....da war die Erreichbarkeit etwas eingeschränkt...aber sonst sehr zentral und der Fußweg dorthin ertragbar.... Wir wären auch gerne im nächsten Jahr wiedergekommen......aber da für 1 Nacht in 2027 leider nicht mehr Buchbar....mussten wir uns zwangsweise etwas anderes suchen!
Das wir durch die vielen Absperrungen beim Lichterfest, trotz Parkausweiß der Stadt Bad Harzburg...nicht direkt zum Hotelparkplatz durchgelassen wurden und 1 Kilometer zufuß außerhalb PARKEN mussten...! Meine Frau hatte eine Hüftoperation und hat sich sehr gequält....sicher kann das Hotel nichts dafür.....ABER man hätte uns darauf aufmerksam machen können .....das ....das bei einer Anreise vor 11 Uhr nicht passiert wäre! Mindestmietzeit für 2027 finden wir nicht gut!!!!

Der gesamte Aufenthalt im Hotel war absolut zufriedenstellend gewesen. Das Personal ist freundlich und hat immer ein offenes Ohr gehabt. Das Zimmer ist auch sehr groß, komfortabel und bot alles was man braucht, wirklich überragend. Auch die Lage ist super gewesen, sehr nah an der schönen Innenstadt gelegen. Im Grunde hätte ich noch länger dort verbracht, leider ließ es die Zeit nicht zu. Kann mir definitiv vorstellen, diese Unterkunft zukünftig nochmal zu buchen.

Zentrumsnahe Unterkunft. Sehr freundlicher, und zuvorkommender Inhaber. Super bequeme Matratze. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder. Mein Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam. Vielen Dank.

Die Lage ist top. Direkt an der "Bummelallee". Das Personal sehr freundlich.
Es muss noch viel renoviert werden.
