About this apartment rental
This penthouse apartment is located just a few minutes walk from the beach in a quiet and peaceful location.
The property has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, and two bathrooms, The penthouse is tastefully furnished with high quality furniture. The lounge has a sofa, 32' flat screen TV receiving UK TV channels including most pay per view channels, an up to date Film library, Box sets and radio. Free unlimited WI-FI internet is included.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including Microwave, fridge/freezer, oven and hob, toaster and washing machine and coffee maker (not a pod machine). There is a full itinerary of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.
The penthouse also benefits from a private spacious roof terrace with views to the sea and mountains and has the luxury of its own private plunge pool, a built in BBQ and is equipped with sun loungers, patio table and chairs.
For those using a car, there is free secure parking. There is also lift access to the apartment.
You will be met and greeted on arrival. The normal check in time is 14:30 but in some circumstances it can be earlier but that is never guaranteed. The check in window is up to 21:00. There is a charge of €25 paid locally from 21:00 - 24:00. and €50 thereafter.

Lovely property in a great location. A well loved family apartment. The first time we had been away for a month and had everything we needed. Wifi was excellent.
The local people were very friendly.

Enjoyed a great week here in Oct. The apartment is ideal for 4 with plenty of space. Good level of equipment and spotlessly clean. The weather was so good, we rarely left the roof terrace and pool. Once we lost the sun, the smaller terrace was still very warm. End of terrace property so a nice outlook too.
The complex was very quiet but maintained well. Did not really explore the immediate area, but can recommend a trip to Vera town centre and bullring. Don't bother with Mojacar Pueblo, it's a bit of a tourist trap.
Good communication with owner and manager. Excellent holiday, many thanks to all.

Lovely apartment, so quiet, bed so comfy, roof garden, oh my God our best friend, for dinner and cooling down in the private pool, for sunbathing before the beach, for looking at the mountains etc. Main complex pool great we only used it once because the roof top pool and beach were enough for us. The jacuzzi in the complex was lovely. Beach was such an easy walk and so lovely. Paradise beach bar was my absolute favourite for food and entertainment hardly any english spoken there but they adopted us the Irish couple! lol. Shelly thank you so much for our late lost arrival on the first night you had so much patience, very grateful. Andy thank you for all your fantastic communication and help via email prior to holiday and for the fab care package on arrival. Go team Paraiso de playa vera! I am heading off now to book for next year. enjoy you lucky people who are on the way to Paraiso :)

We appreciate a lot the location and the apartment: everything was in comply with the offer, including cleaning. The apartment was very confortable and few meters from the beach. Thank You Andy and Shelly!!!... we will suggest this apartment to our friends since now!
