L'emplacement est parfait – aisément accessible depuis la gare et à une quarantaine/cinquantaine de minutes du château de Takeda et de Ritsuunkyō (la montagne opposée, qui offre un superbe point de vue sur les ruines et la mer de nuages). Le confort est tout à fait suffisant pour y passer une nuit avant de se lever tôt : salle de bain, toilettes, couvertures (il y a aussi un climatiseur dans la chambre), réfrigérateur et bouilloire.
