The facility was very nice

The location is a bit far from the center The apartment was not very clean

Sehr sauber, groß, Nähe zu allem was wir brauchten. Essen, Airport und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der saubere Pool.

The apartment has a very nice view and decorations, clean pool and lovely garden furnishing.

Both bathrooms lacked ventilation. There were no cleaning supplies, like a mop at least to be able to clean while we stayed. There are no air conditions in any bedrooms and they are in the sunlight all day. During our stay it was high temperatures of 34 degrees and we had to sleep on the sofas of the living room which had 1 air condition to bare. The house could have been equipped with at least fans for the 2 bedrooms that lack cooling. However I am afraid that I cannot recommend this apartment due to the neighborhood. We selected it for resting and enjoying the house, none of that happened since the next door neighbors kept yelling , shouting and making noises at inappropriate hours, so we had to be out of the apartment most of the day. Unfortunately for me and my friends it was definetely not value for money.
