Lack of “Luxury”, lack of basics too.

The location was really nice, also the light system in the apartment was exceptional!

Communication with the property management or staff was really poor. Phone was not answered many times, messages and questions were ignored. The property was advertised with fireplace, however was not enough wood available for a couple of hours( for a long weekend…). In my opinion you cannot call an apartment “Luxury “, when these details not on place, and there is nobody to talk to. For 300 euros for a weekend we expect more, not even a bottle of table wine as welcome present, although i messaged the apartment that we are having a special occasion. For luxury prices they suppose to provide luxury service. Nice location, but only a boutique style AirBNB.

Easy access and good location. Lovely modern design. Amazing View from Kallisto suite. Nice little balcony. Smart tv. Good wifi signal. Polite staff. Highly recommend it.

The apartment was clean, very modern, central to everything, and convenient. The lighting was excellent as well.

Everything was excellent, but one minor thing I noticed was when we tried to shower at 7 pm, there was no hot water. But we made it work.

The room was decorated in a peculiar way but offered no comfortable atmosphere.

On arrival we found the place closed. We called the host. She answered that she had no reservations that day and that we should complain to booking. Also: Overpriced! Also: Kitchen utensils dirty and insufficient in quantity and quality.

we stayed in 2 rooms, double and the family suite which was huge and equipped to the last detail. the rooms were clean and specious, host was available for all requests and questions.

The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable.I loved it. Its located at the center of metsovo so it was easy to move around.

a great studio apartment in the center of a beautiful picturesque town nestled in the mountains

the location was so central it felt like we were part of the locals. the TV was large and the beds were comfortable. it was also modern and rather large.

the staff was almost none existent and there were no directions, including check in and out directions, where to throw out the trash, etc. the kitchen while large didn’t have bowls or many utensils and the oven was unusable (no shelving an no pans). If we need anything, there was so staff to speak with (only a local phone number). We even sent them an email and didn’t receive a response. if you come just make sure to have a phone plan so you can call if you need anything.

Great destination for to take a break when you travel to /from the seaside!

Location of apartments was perfect, in the center of the tawn. Metsovo is just perfect, small tawn with authentic houses, great reastaurants and very pleasent hosts!

Since we were on road trip this place is in the center, so it was a little bit loud for us to rest in peace. Also parking is almost impossible to find!
