Well stocked kitchen with regard to glasses, plates, utensils, pots & pans, etc.
No toiletries upon arrival. Required 2 phone calls to Vacasa to get them delivered. New oven smoked heavily upon first use. Liability hazard to seniors & children whereby banister leading up to 2nd floor is pulling away from the wall. There was black mold on the ceiling of the 2nd floor bathroom above the tub. Also on the tub liner of the 3rd floor bathroom. The hot water valve stem in the 1st floor bathroom has stripped threads making it difficult to shut off.
The above are not complaints but observations by an engineer, architect and two general contractors who were staying at this rental unit.

Grounds were well kept . Location great. 3 bathrooms were great .
Kitchen and common area too small for 10 people. Needed passes for amenities and never got them. Also found out pool and rec center closed the weekend we were there . Pool was important reason in renting this property . Carpets dirty .
