Very spacious and comfortable for our family with adult children and partners. Kitchen had a gas stove and updated appliances, making cooking very easy. Convenient location, easy access to Sun Valley amenities. A unique feature of this property is the eclectic artwork we enjoyed throughout the home. It was a lovely place to have a small thanksgiving.
It’s worth mentioning, although out of the owner’s control: expect a lot of construction noise from a large project adjacent to the property. The music and loud machines started early in the morning and continued until late evening. Also, the queen bed was rather firm and uncomfortable for our adult son.

This is a clean functional property. Nothing special.
The condo development is organized somewhat confusingly. It took a couple of trips to be confident that we knew the location. There were several firearms oriented publications in the condo, indicating perhaps that the owners are insane. Coffee maker didn’t work properly.
