Great location, nice layout. Good pool.
The bunk bed was extremely creaky and quite uncomfortable. So much that my husband slept on the sofa 2 nights.

Comfortable, clean, beautiful setting.
Received the wrong code upon check in, Broken coffee grinder, some aspects of the house were difficult to figure out (dishwasher start button wasn’t working), 10 am checkout with the requirement of stripping the beds was too much and too early for the price of the property

Loved location - proximity to Kings Beach and surrounds.
Upon arrival, unable to get into property with key access code given. Had prompt helpful support from contact person phoned.
Facility was in need of some repairs. Upstairs shower door didn't shut properly so lots of water leaked onto the floor. Front door lock was very tricky to use - had to turn the key multiple times to work, but not always able to lock property. Unable to get downstairs TV or dishwasher to work.
Didn't find the office staff helpful.
