Kingswood Pines

The location to Kings Beach was really good. The apartment was clean and spacious enough for our family. The pool area was nice. It was quiet and a very pleasant atmosphere.

There was a couple of amenities that we couldn't find, like kitchen towels and saran wrap for leftovers. The coffee they offered was Folgers. We texted the owners about something and they didn't get back to us in time.

Overall the property was great, location was excellent for what we needed. It was helpful that there was a bathroom on each level, we could use the upstairs without waking the kids, and could also use the upstairs while up in the living area without needing to take the kids downstairs.

It would be better if the pool could be heated, even a little, it was very cold! Even though I can clearly see it in the photos now, at the time of booking I didn't realise there were gaps between the stairs from the 2nd to 3rd floor. This was a huge hazard for our young children as the gaps are quite large. We were able to barricade the stairs with some furniture so they couldn't get to the stairs. We also used a portacot to block off the other stairs for our infant. Some rooms did have a slight smell to them, I think from snow season, but it wasn't a big deal.
