Location excellent. Loved view of water. Access to pickleball courts
Smoke smell on floor & when entering the unit. Air conditioner not working on arrival but resolved quickly. Could use lamp area in main area.

The view of the sand and beach was phenomenal. The unit was spacious.
The beds and bedding need to be replaced as they are old and sag. Blinds are totally wrecked and need replacing. Carpets in both bedrooms is filthy. Vacuum cleaner in closet was unusable as it was completely plugged up.
