The house itself is wonderful, with a phenomenal view of the meadow and ocean, loads of comfortable seating and workspaces and a relatively well stocked kitchen. Only issue with house is that the shades allow a fair amount of light in which makes sleeping or watching tv before sunset challenging.
They changed rental managers this year (I stayed in same house last year) and their fees went up CONSIDERABLY with almost an additional 1200 in tacked on fees (many of which are obvious fillers). I tried emailing and texting them about the change in extra fees several times and never got a reply. This really frustrates me as I would have likely just kept booking same house every year but I will find a different place next year (I didn't notice fees till it was too late to cancel).
