Just wanna share my honest experience.
The space is big. I love the games they provided in the garage. I appreciate the dishes they provided also.
The house needs cleaning, floor is dirty. The outside window is covered with bird poop and there were some bird poop on the deck also. Bathroom is clean but master bathroom light turned on by itself in the middle of the night, master toilet also flushes by itself. Wifi is off and on. Sheets are clean. Overall its a nice house but its just needs update (wall painting, electrical, plumbing, flooring).

Great place to vacation
Enjoyed the comfort, space, and amenities. It offered lots of activities to choose from only a short drive away. Good location if you’re planning on relaxing.
Wish we could’ve received a map at entrance to show us where activities were located. Also 2 out of 3 tvs not functioning

Good
The location is good, it's 1.5miles from the pine lake. The deck at the back of the house is very nice. Kitchen was clean and well stocked with essential items.

Poor customer service from Vacasa
- The house was poorly cleaned on our arrival (stained carpets, stains and food residues on chairs and kitchen cupboards, dust and dirt on many surfaces (we noticed as we wiped everything down to sanitize because of COVID)... even more annoying considering they request 166$ on cleaning fees - being worried about the fires we called before going to check the situation and evaluate our options as we had two babies with us. Vacasa said they would be accommodating if there was a problem, but everything was fine.. well, the situation was so bad that Yosemite was closed to the public and at the property there was smoke everywhere to the point that we all had headaches and felt dizzy, smelled like chimneys and could not see much around, so after driving 8 hours to get there, we had to just go back and drive 8 more hours (even if we had the house for a few days). Vacasa did not care about hour health, trouble, time and money lost. We don’t recommend booking with them. - pictures were somewhat misleading (especially the play room downstairs)
