Every pool was amazing!

I did like that everything was taken care of before hand and there were no surprise costs. The place was a great size. The bathroom is huge.
had issues with the Internet, ice machine was still waiting for parts and didn't work. The thing I didn't like was instructions were a little inaccurate. Site wasn't aware of any recent changes going on either.

The location is great, fantastic partial view of the ocean. (see photos) The resort is lovely, pools are great, and Dukes restaurant is a plus! The condo is very spacious, comfortable and the kitchen was great to have. Parking was easy.
We did not have functioning wifi while there, and the ice maker in the fridge was not working.

I requested for the following and nothing was done.
An extra blanket
A bad remote control
An extra trash bin
I called twice and you can tell customer service is not willing to help.
In fact, there is NO customer service.
