The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 18.712% to be paid on all transient accommodations. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation. (Subject to change);
Taxes are paid to the state of Hawaii and County of Maui based on the guest’s dates of stay. Any changes to the current tax rate will be charged or refunded to the guests depending on the increase or decrease.
OCCUPANCY:
Additional Guests of any age (infants and toddlers included) are strictly prohibited without prior approval. If approved, a fee of $100+tax per day will be added to the reservation for each additional guest.
One infant is allowed without additional fees.

Our stay at this condo was very nice. The condo was very nice, updated, clean, and was right next to the beach. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. My favorite feature of the condo was the very large lanai. I enjoyed coffee on it every morning. also enjoyed the very large wind

This place was perfect for my family of 3! My daughter slept on the pull out, that was very easy to use and there was extra bedding to do so. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom was extremely clean and huge as well. My only negative was the bed, It was very uncomfortable and the pillows were as well. We were so tired at the end of the day, it wasn't that big of a deal!The resort is amazing as well. The wrist bands, parking it was all so easy. We would definitely stay here with you again! Thank you for an amazing week!!
