The service and the room were overall good.
The worst part here is, you have always to hand your keys in at the front when you want to leave the hotel. Even for a short walk to the next combini, always have to hand over the key.
Also you cannot skip the front desk in the 2nd floor, the elevator is programmed to always stop and open the door at 2nd floor when you want to get down or up. There are no stairs or other possibilities to get up or down, so you cannot bypass the front desk where you have to hand over your keys.
