This property is in a perfect location (close to everything) and has beach access close by. It was a trek to get to the beach but definitely worth it and it is the best beach for miles that I didn’t even know existed. The master bedroom and bath is huge and the bed is comfortable. There is a ton of room and it sits in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful trees.
The only thing that I didn’t like was the couch in the family room was dirty (rest of house was spotless) and not very comfortable to sit on and I couldn’t get the tv to access more than one or two channels so I watched antique roadshow for three days. Not that big of a deal since we were not there to watch tv but a small thing that would have made it more comfortable.

Great location. A bit of funky cobbled together architecture but crazy and functional. The master bedroom bed is in an alcove that is too narrow and requires crawling in and out from the foot of the bed. Super private from the other bedrooms that are also upstairs on the opposite side of the main building.
The master bed was difficult to get in and out of. Outside camp chairs for the covered front porch or around the fire rind.

It smells! The carpets were old and dirty. Wonder when was the last time they were cleaned.
Laundry room was very dirt with lint and dryer sheets behind the dryer.
The furnace vents were very dirty, .when was the last time the furnace was cleaned? We all go sick from the dirt and mold.
In the kitchen the vent was covered with grim .
