Artistic oasis in wonderful location with surmountable issues

The interior was inspirational. I was in awe of the art work and artistry displayed throughout the home. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were comfortable.

The house was a little dusty. Almost all of the towels were left in the dryer (which I folded and put away). The stair spindles need to be screwed on. They were nailed in place with what appears to be finish nails. As a result, when they were held while traversing the stairs, two of them came away. We were able to put them back in their original position by tapping them back on, but this is a safety issue The outside trash can was full when we got there, so there was no room for additional trash disposal until after the trash was picked up, which means it was likely full for the next guest at the beginning of their stay. We requested a later check out to try to be sure we cleaned and washed towels, stripped the beds, washed dishes, swept, etc., but we were told that was "not available to you" (us). The 4pm check-in is too late to get settled in and enjoy the area, and the 10am check-out time is too early to enable packing, cleaning, laundry, and straightening as required/requested. In addition, when we went to our car before departing and attempted to go back inside to turn off lights (we'll before 10am), the entry code provided no longer worked. Also, the two chairs in the front room are really uncomfortable and unstable (really cute, great color, but really uncomfortable)

Great location, comfortable enough

This place is walking distance from the place I wanted to surf, it was perfect for me and 3 friends. The kitchen had everything you need and the place was really cozy.

The ceilings are small going upstairs, I hit my head a lot. Also, they advertise as having Netflix when they just have the app downloaded so you can log into your own account. Not a huge deal, but annoying for sure. The couch was more comfortable than the beds.

Would love to stay again but needs work

We love the location and the home.

The cobwebs, dirty skylight, the yard is not maintained, the pan hanger was covered with grease. It could use a new full mattress. We still love the home.

Great location, very rustic cabin that gave us a chance to step away from our busy lives into a small earthy cabin and beautiful outdoor adventures.

Cute cabin, a little overpriced

Short walk to beach access and parking. Charmingly decorated from art to patchwork quilts. Great that they allow dogs.

Price seems out of line with amenities. Only sleeps four. Full mattress instead of a queen. One bathroom. Carpet upstairs is odorous. No dishwasher. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you are tall- bedrooms are not dormered with low awkward ceilings, big - two people in a full is a little tight, or need to navigate the stairs to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Good place to vacation with dogs

Nice location, comfortable house, dogs allowed

No tea or coffee in the house, no dishwasher or place to dry the dishes. Check out a bit early, at 10 am.
