This property is located in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to shopping and beaches. The property was clean and ready to use when we arrived. The kitchen was fully functional and had all the dishes, utensils and pots we needed for our stay. Both bathrooms had plenty of towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Having a washer and dryer was nice too. The view from the house and deck of the ocean is a definite plus.
The furnishings are definitely dated and the couch was a bit smelly. The carpeting is worn with a few visible stains. The spiral staircase is a hindrance for anyone with mobility issues and you have to be careful walking around them in the living room or you can hit your head on them. We got used to the staircase so it wasn’t a problem for us. Overall it wouldn’t stop us from staying here again.
