About this villa rental
Villa Rosemarine is a beautiful 208 m2 one level villa offering privacy,beautiful sea views,lush spacious gardens(4100 m2 large) with flowers and trees,a private swimming pool,BBQ,free Wi-Fi internet access and is at a distance of 40 meters from Coyevinas beach.The swimming pool is 49 m2 large (and there is also a children's swimming pool section).The villa has 4 bedrooms,each one with air conditioning and en suite bathroom(a total of 4 bathrooms),a working room,a WC next to the entrance and a storage room.It is spacious and comfortable giving the sensation of outdoor/indoor living,offering a sense of class and allowing guests to relax.The living room has large sliding patio doors leading out to a canopied dining area overlooking the swimming pool.

You can order breakfast,lunch and dinner of pleasure from our special menu we will be glad to serve you.
To avoid disappointment the chef does need to be booked well in advance.
This service is offered at an additional charge, payable locally.
Furthermore we have a relationship with the local supermarket that enables guests staying at the villa to order their food supplies prior to departure and have them delivered to the villa on the day of their arrival and also during their stay. Payment can be made via credit card, direct to the supermarket.

My family have been to Kassiopi before but we usually stay in the mountains. We were keen to have a change and be by the sea. It was lovely to be able to go straight onto the beach from the garden and the villa was the perfect layout in terms of plenty of space for teens / young adults (my husband and I plus 6 party going youngsters!). All rooms are en-suite and it just worked really well. I would definitely recommend and book again myself. It’s about a 25 mins walk into Kassiopi - we always rent scooters, I think transport of some form is a must unless you opt for taxis.
The villa was managed really well and Zoi was excellent at communicating prioer and during our stay.

Ideal for us as a group of friends. Nice walk down to Alvaki beach and into Kassiopi. Swimming pool great. Beach very stoney so need beach shoes but sea beautiful and clear. Would certainly recommend it. Had a fabulous holiday.
