Location and amenities, private hot tub! We were able to cook a couple of meals in the kitchen and on the grill - only thing we missed in the kitchen was a pair of scissors!

Property showed its age and had some wear and tear. Double doors to the laundry space off the kitchen: One door to the laundry pushed into the laundry space - needs to be fixed. The other did not close b/c the washer/dryer unit is too large for the space. Plus the w/d unit is very noisy - so w/o being able to close the laundry door it is hard to watch TV or have conversations downstairs. Also, the dryer left several black streaks on some of our lighter-colored clothing - after noticing we ended up air-drying things that weren't black or brown - slight inconvenience. When we arrived we found a bowl of cereal on top of the fridge - made us wonder if the unit had been cleaned - not a great look. Otherwise nothing else seemed out of place or unkept - just think it was missed by the cleaning staff.

Comfortable, very clean, very quiet in lovely surroundings, close to Moab which has great restaurants. Property had everything you could hope to find in a holiday rental. Perfect base for Arches and Canyonlands.

Liked more or less everything but bathrooms do need updating. They are perfectly functional and very clean though.

The villa was gorgeous! We loved the king sized bed, hot tub, kitchen and living space. This is the perfect place to unwind with family and friends after a long day of exploring Moab. And it's pet friendly. We noticed that there's a grill although we didn't have a chance to use it. It was serene and quiet. The owners responded very quickly to all questions. Thanks again!
