The location is excellent. Just outside the town in the quiet apartment complex. The house was clean and welcoming with fully stocked kitchen. We appreciated having additional towels for the swimming pool and jacuzzi. The water flow in the bathroom showers was very good and enough for using both showers at the same time. Overall we had a great experience as a family of four staying in this house and visiting Moab. I would gladly return and highly recommend. Thank you.
I think the house could use a fresh pair of twin beds. The beds and headboards were wobbly but it didn't get in a way of a good night sleep for the kids. Probably for adults it would be slightly inconvenient.

Location was good.
Tom was responsive when we requested more towels. But the apartment was lacking in towels and not in good shape.
Carpets not clean and throw rugs in bathrooms were very dirty and no other bath mats. I consider that a safety issue on ceramic tile.
Beds are not very comfortable.
