La Sal Overlook #S3

We loved the interior space, nice finishes, and having the pool and hot tub so close! The beds were comfortable. The grill was great to have! The porch was a fantastic outdoor space, and it had a beautiful view both directions. Having a garage was a special bonus.

Since we cooked at home for every meal, it would be really helpful to have a steak knife for each person staying there, a couple more prep knives that are sharp, a set of grilling utensils, and a full set of mixing bowls. Although not an expectation, compared to other rentals where we have stayed, It was a little surprising that there weren’t generic items like Saran Wrap, aluminum foil, and some Tupperware-like containers for food storage which were left by previous renters.

Super expensive. We had a decrease in numbers and I emailed the property for a little discount. No response. We had 4 spoons total!!! No coffee no salt and pepper. A lot of the blinds didn’t work properly.

Beautifully decorated, very comfortable and very clean. Amazing mountains view from windows.

The property manager did not provide a detailed instruction for the location address. We arrived after dark and there was no street lights in the community, it took us almost an hour looking for the suit number. As the address we had did not show the exact street name (Cold Springs) in the “Rime Village” , the Spanish Valley Dr. shown on the website and our booking confirmation is actually a main street outside of the Village, GPS took us to a wrong building and the community was like a maze in the dark, we were driving around the buildings one by one to find our “S “ building. The kitchen didn’t have basic things like cooking oil, coffee, sugar and cream. The blinds in living room need repair.
