The views were absolutely phenomenal! Very comfortable and relaxing.

My only concern was the door lock. We had to put something in front of the door, so our two year-old would not go out in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. A deadbolt would be a good recommendation for us.

Quiet location at the north end of Rockaway. Great unobstructed views of the beach/ocean. Easy access to the beach just steps away from the apartment/parking. Was a bit pricey, but worth every penny for the view!

Thee location was central for what we wanted to do.

We were told there would be dish TV, there was not. We were told we would be some sort of refund for the inconvenience, there was none. The condo was not clean. Crumbs and nuts under pillows on the couch, literally dirt and plastic utensils under the couch. Floors were.all gritty and we washed glasses, plates and utensils before we used them. We paid a $110.25 cleaning fee! I guess that was so it would be "clean" for the next renters? Good luck with that! Outside the stairwell was filthy. Garbage and smell greeted us every up and down we did!
