Great location

The location was perfect and had plenty of room for 7 of us. The floor plan was very functional. We enjoyed the view and easy beach access. There was plenty of dishes, and had all the basic needs to prepare meals.

There was only a couple of things that came up during our stay. The overgrowth in the side yard made it unusable for us. The grass was super tall, and the sewer access in the yard made it difficult to navigate comfortably, and we did not want our younger kids out there because we could not fully see all potential hazards because of the over growth. We only had a couple days of good weather so this was not a huge deal. The bed in one of the upstairs bedroom was awful. It's time to retire it permanently!. It's like the coils in the center are gone. And everything and everyone roll to the center with no support. Or maybe there is no boxspring. So it just folds in the middle. I'm not sure, but sleeper beware. it could be a danger to really small children or if you have any back trauma. Also we did not have enough dish washing pods for 3 nights and family of 7.. which was not a huge deal. Just a suggestion if you sleep up to 8 that is a lot of dishes that can be generated rather quickly. And I think we only had 2 pods. There was plenty of dining seating, but lacked in living room seating. We all could not hang out in the living room. All in all this was a fantastic choice for us and was accurately represented.

The lack of adequate facilities impacted the quality of our stay and we had to cancel some plans

The location and the house was great. Loved the side yard for the dogs.

We had a terrible experience with the local Vacasa agent. We rented the house for 8 adults. When we arrived, we saw that one of the showers was not completed. So that left 1 shower for 8 people. Contacted the Vacasa who contacted the local agent. Was told that the shower was completed, I sent pictures showing it was nt. There were boards holding the shower in place, not caulking. Then I was accused of lying, local agent claimed that the shower had been completed and that the photos I provided where old and not accurate. I was then told that they would get someone out to complete the repair and never heard back.

Great deck, the side fenced yard for the dogs, big family table and lots of bedrooms.

The downstairs bathroom not complete (no shower). The living room could use better furniture and more places to sit.

The management company is awful. They will not work with you at all even in an emergency. The trash was full, bed was broken, no hot water upstairs, food on the utensils.

Beautiful house and a great location!

None of the beds were very comfortable, they sunk terribly in the middle and it didn't smell very good downstairs
