About this house rental
The apartment is located in a very strategic position because just a few steps from the sea (100 meters), down from my private road, the apartment is served by a supermarket (near the SX gate), the Bar (next to the DX gate) , Pharmacy (50 mt), are right in front of the large parking lot for recycling and an important medical guard service for people who have children and not only. There is also a bus stop right in front of the gate.
My apartment has always been described as intimate and special, due to its discretion, its sea view and its tranquility.
Guests can access anywhere in the apartment, of course, on the terrace for evening relaxation for romantic dinners and access to the lower part of the terrace where there is land.
During your stay, I will always be at your disposal for any eventuality and for any clarification, by calling at all hours of the day.
In the balcony there is a modern seating area to enjoy the happy moments of the happy hour looking at the sea, enjoying the most intimate moments.
As of announcement, I believe that the strength of my apartment is its strategic position because it is located in a neighborhood where there are services that are essential for a safe and secure vacation.
If you have a car you can go to visit the lakes of Cava Grande, the characteristic Marzamemi, Portopalo, for a good lunch or a dinner of fish, and all the seaside resorts now connected to each other.

Per caso via web dopo tanto cercare ci siamo imbattuti nel sito di questa meravigliosa casa .Roby è una persona stupenda molto gentile e garbata che ci ha messo a disposizione l'intera casa e ci ha fatto trovare la cucina piena di ingredienti e ne abbiamo approfittato per fare delle magnifiche cene il posto è delizioso una vista suggestiva dalla terrazza che ci ha fatto innamorare di quel luogo bellissimo grazie Roby.

Ho soggiornato in questa meravigliosa casa a luglio del 2016 ho trovato un ambiente confortevole e pulito arredata con gusto e sobrietà molto suggestivo per via del Panorama. La posizione ottimale la visita meravigliosa un'accoglienza fantastica al di sopra delle aspettative .Il proprietario è molto gentile garbato con molto tatto ci ha messo subito a proprio agio ha saputo indicarci tutti i luoghi da visitare nei dintorni e la magnifica Ortigia. Consiglio questa casa proprio a tutti è una vera delizia torneremo sicuramente.
