Ideal for families with up to 4 children and 2 to 4 adults, the villa is completely independent and entirely at the guests' disposal.
Beaches and cliffs are less than 150 metres away. The area is breezy and shaded, with a large panoramic terrace, 2 panoramic bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room that extends onto a large outdoor patio, a kitchen, and an additional outdoor shower.
The free private parking can accommodate up to 2 cars.
You don't need to bring anything: the house has everything you need, including a microwave oven, an electric Italian coffee machine, deckchairs, linen, parasols and 200MB fibre WiFi.
On the ground floor, there is a large, well-shaded outdoor area where you can relax in the cool, a garden, private parking, and an additional outdoor shower (cold water only) to quickly freshen up when you return from the sea.
The living room, which also has a double sofa bed, extends outside through a large French window, leading to ideal spaces for outdoor dining.
On the ground floor, there is also a kitchen and a second bathroom with a shower.
The bedrooms are located on the upper floor.
The largest has a double bed with an antique mirrored wardrobe and a Sicilian-style chest of drawers, adjoining a spacious panoramic terrace with a splendid view.
The second is a small bedroom with two bunk beds, designed for children but also suitable for adults. This room also has a small terrace with a fabulous sea view.
The two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
The property is ideal for those who appreciate holidaying in a less crowded area while remaining in the most well-served part of this resort. This is the ideal home.
It is provided fully sanitised: between one booking and the next, we carefully follow all current regulations, which we ask our guests to comply with and offer our full cooperation.

Bereits die Kommunikation vor der Anreise mit dem Vermieter Herrn Marcedone war sehr angenehm und zuvorkommend. Auf meine Bitte hat er uns sehr detaillierte Hintergrundinformationen z. B. zu den Wandermöglichkeiten im Cavagrande Tal gegeben, die sehr hilfreich waren.
Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, mit zwei Bädern und mehreren Terrassen. Besonders die obere hat mit ihrem tollen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Berge des Cavagrande del Cassiblie für ein 'Frühstück unter Palmen' beeindruckt.
Hervorzuheben ist auch die Lage in Strandnähe, der in nur wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen ist. Das Wasser besticht durch seine Klarheit und ist aufgrund seines flachen Untergrunds besonderes für Kinder geeignet. Zudem wird es durch Quellen im Meeresuntergrund gekühlt und erfrischt, was auch die hellblaue Farbe erklärt. Das Strandequipment wie Handtücher und Schirm stellt der Hausherr ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
2 kleine Supermärkte, einer mit frischem Obst und Gemüse sowie Restaurants und Bistros sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Wer ohne Mietauto auskommen kann, dem steht die Eisenbahn für Ausflüge nach Syrakus (Siracusa) mit seinen antiken Stätten und der malerischen Altstadt auf der Insel Ortigia oder nach Noto, Avola und Ragusa zur Verfügung, wo man den Sizilianischen Barock bewundern kann. Den Bahnhof erreicht man in 10 Gehminuten. Mit der App von Trenitalia (auch in Deutsch oder anderen Sprachen) lässt sich der Ausflug planen und das Ticket bequem lösen.
Wir waren begeistert und kommen gerne wieder.
