About this house rental
Situated: This sea-facing, fascinating and detached villa at about 20 metres from the sea, is similar to a temple in Bali but with the difference that this property is located in front of the rocky beach of Fontane Bianche. In fact, when you pass the gate you will feel a new, exotic atmosphere, which you couldn’t be expected from outside. And this feeling gets stronger as soon you sit on the veranda and enjoy the magic view of the deep blue sea in front of you. Sea-facing property with sea views. Bathing possibilities in front of the house.
Accommodation: The detached villa offers inviting and functional furnishings for four people on two levels. The living space of around 90 square meters set on the ground floor is reached via five outside steps and offers a living room with upholstered furniture, open fire place and flat screen with Sat-TV. The habitable kitchen offers four gas rings, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a toaster and a microwave. An espresso machine (classic espresso maker) is available. Bathroom with shower / toilet / bidet and another separate toilet with toilet. The Washing machine is in the storage room.
A staircase leads to the night area on the first floor. On the right side there is the bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and window, on the left side a small single room with single bed and another small single room with single bed, window and air conditioning. All windows of the house have mosquito screens and of course a sea view which brings a nature painting into the room.
Wi-Fi available. Extra bed available upon request. Payable locally.
External accommodation: A tiny and exotic garden area with a beautiful veranda and amazing view over the sea is perfect for the morning breakfast or romantic dinners and complete the enchanting frame in which this fascinating property is located.
Public parking close to the property. Car recommended.
At a glance: The rocky coast in front of you and its natural creek seems to be a natural pool where you can cool off on hot summer days, and this right in front of your doorstep. The location of this house and the sandy beach of Fontane Bianche which is less than three minutes drive away, make this property suitable also for a holiday with children. Syracuse and the barock city of Noto is easily reachable from here.

We had a great time staying in Fontane Bianche for 1 week. The house is basic but equipped with everything we needed with the sea being just a few steps away. The whole neighborhood is very quiet, it felt like we had our own private bay. Communication with Dario was perfect, he was very reliable and had great recommendations for us. Even when the sink broke he had someone come to fix it the very next day. We would love to come back!

Perfect location, right next to the water, large front patio (private) and comfortable and cozy interior with Dishwasher and washing machine! Perfectly happy with this location and definitely will be returning. Manager was easily reachable and very friendly.

This is no doubt a great property in a super location. Couldn't be closer to the beach, which even in winter, is a great plus. The house itself is lovely - it felt like holiday the moment we entered. There is a nice, large outside area which is perfect for dining outdoors and sun bathing. In the cooler winter nights we enjoyed the open fireplace, which also added a lot of ambience. The property description is a bit misleading when it comes to the number of rooms - the '2 single' rooms are in fact not separated by a door, and more compartmentalised, which can be an inconvenience, especially when expecting 2 separate rooms. We also think it should be mentioned that electricity would be an additional payment. The landlord and host were most hospitable. They explained everything in detail upon arrival and helped with everything we had requested. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Beach house was central to all our adventures
The shower had a terrible problem with drainage
And the fact that the bathrooms were on other side of house away from bedrooms wasn’t so good and not disclosed
Wouldn’t recommend for anyone older or with physical issues
