Vor der Anreise vom Vermieter, alle Informationen und Beschreibungen bekommen, um Zugang zum Appartement zu haben. Die Lage am direkt am Strand war perfekt! Das Gebäude ist sehr gepflegt und es herrscht eine entspannte, ruhige Atmosphäre. Vom 7 Stockwerk (710) hat man einen super Ausblick auf den Strand und das Meer! Das Appartement ist groß und hat einen großen Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, inkl. Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine, großem Kühlschrank,….. Top eigener, reservierter Parkplatz am Gebäude.

Die Einrichtung, inkl. Bäder, im Appartement ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Für Fernseher und andere Geräte gibt es unzählige Fernbedienungen, ohne Zuordnung.

The views were amazing, balcony lovely to relax on, convenient location, beach access and parking was great. The ability to have a separate twin room for our teenagers. a great place to base ourselves for all the activities on Maui (particularly the surf beach up the road) and wind down at the end of the day by the pool/beach. Temperature was always fairly cool, a/c comes out of the fan I think but wasn’t needed much. Really useful to have the beach chairs and parasol supplied.

it felt a little tired: tiles/shower cubicles, wardrobes; and not really enough storage for 4 people to unpack for a week’s stay.

location was good and views were awesome. concierge was helpful as we planned some executions. it was a good set up for us and two teens who used the second bedroom. they had a/c in that room. kitchen was pretty well stocked with most of the utensils needed. beach chairs and umbrella in unit was a plus!

being right over the pool and the open grassy area got a little noisy at night. Be prepared for early rising with the roosters. We had to leave windows open though as no A/C in main unit. laundry was pricey at $3 to wash and $3 to dry.
