There’s nothing we didn’t like about staying here at this property.

Recent flooding destroyed the front lawn - nothing serious!

The location was great and the grounds were very nice. We had a couple of issues and AA Oceanfront (the condo rental company) was very responsive.

Air conditioning is very important to me and when we arrived the a/c did not work. The condo rental company was very quick to get a repair person out, but the problem was not fixable during our 10 night stay and some of the nights were very warm making it hard to sleep. We did see/kill a cockroach, but it is Hawaii, so no big deal and I got to hear my girlfriend shriek :). The only spices were salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar glaze, but there were 2 rice cookers, 6 spatulas and 28 different cooking and prep knives (no, not including the table knives); pretty good for a condo that sleeps two! The kitchen cabinets were packed with a wide variety of mismatched dishes and cups/glasses. Maybe getting rid of some of those would have left a little room for our groceries. Huge selection of knickknacks to admire. Oh, yes, and the showerhead popped off one day because the plastic nut holding in place was cracked and gave way. I reattached it, and it stayed attached but leaked lots of water to the side. Yes, mostly 'first world problems' but for good money you hope to at least get air conditioning and some room for your comestibles.
