Our favorite place to stay in State College!

The hotel is very clean and nice, it's always my #1 choice to stay in State College. It's located right in the heart of downtown, and everything is within walking distance.

Would have liked the option to include a parking pass during booking instead of paying for it after the fact.

I very much enjoy this hotel and have stayed several times in the past but was very disappointed with this stay

I love the location,breakfast, and rooms are nice

TV could not get a menu to see what was on snd Netflix did not come up for us to use our app called front desk and was told by staff did not know how to fix but would send to maintenance but no one ever responded. Second problem hotel charged almost 17 dollars for parking which was only 11 dollars card given to exit did not work help button at gate when pushed went to voicemail had to back out park go back into hotel at which time I asked them to remove parking charge and I paid for myself

The room was very clean and spacious. Lobby was organized and quiet. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff was friendly.

There was no overhead lighting in the room so it was a little dark but I didn’t mind it.

Room was clean and I appreciated being located at the end of a hallway, away from any noise from the elevators. Did not have time for breakfast as I was pressed to get to a meeting. The location was perfect.

I was confused at how the parking garage was laid out. Once parked I had trouble getting my bearing on which way towards the street (Beaver Ave). I ended up walking out on the opposite side of the building and had to walk around to know where I was.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Penn State

Hotel was in the perfect location for a visit to Penn State. Convenient to walking around town and getting to campus. Parking garage across the street with discounted rate from hotel. Breakfast included was good. Nice restaurant attached to the hotel. There was a bar at the hotel also

Convenient to U Penn. Great price for what is included. Big rooms and comfortable beds. Nice bathroom. Had a nice bar, gym, and breakfast included.

I hate paying for parking. You have to park at the lot across the street. You get a discount. But it's still $16.00 a day. I wish they would just include it in the price.

Quiet summer stay in State College.

Hotel staff was very accommodating. Beds were comfortable. Room was quiet.

Leaving the parking lot messed up my parking ticket. However, staff was able to correct quickly!

Good for 2 nights

The bathrooms were clean and safety was a main priority

Beds were worn in. We were reserved and confirmed for a king room and we were told there were none and there wasn't going to be an upcharged for double queens. Then we asked if we could move to a king our next night and were we told there wasn't any available although 3 of our friends checked in in 3 different rooms that next day and all got kings. Water pressure was horrible on the 3rd floor.

No pool the price was insane for one night with no amenities except a breakfast. Was dirtier than I expected for the price. Staff made my 16 year old fetch her own bedding bc it was past 11 and otherwise we would have to wait. Oh and got accused of taking someone’s room as soon as we got into the room. Staff came and just barged in. Yes she was apologetic but I’ve never had that happen it was so weird.

Great but a few hiccups

Loved the location and the breakfast was amazing

We didn't t get the adjoining room we requested even though I called a week in advance. Woman at front desk was new and didnt know how to fix the issue. She asked manager and he rudely snipped at her saying its busy so no way to help us. We also couldn't sleep the whole night because our ac unit was making a sound the whole night. My husband finally fixed it at 3am
