Breakfast: Variety was good and area kept clean.

Came in at 8-9pm desk person was not at all polite. Later called front desk to see how to connect to Wi-Fi and she hung up the phone out of frustration because I couldn’t log in. I had to walk down to the reception area in order to get access to Wi-Fi.

Room was beautiful. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff was very friendly.

Our shower was not quite clean. It looked good but had hairs on the shower floor from a previous guest.

The air conditioner in my room was very very noisy every time it went on. It woke me up. In addition the hallways did not have any air-conditioning. They’re very very warm since I didn’t check in till 9 PM. I did not tell the front desk about the air-conditioning until the morning and they were going to check in to see what’s wrong with it. before I ever accept the room again at this hotel, I will make sure the heater does not make noise because I’ll be there in the winter time. I thought breakfast needs some improvement also. I did not feel that this was an excellent stay.

Decent hotel for the money with big rooms

Heater in the room is noisy, breakfast is tasteless. Automatic curtain in the room did not work (had to pull it manually). Water pressure is not good for a enjoyable bath.
