    This property used to be a beautiful property. I’ve stayed there multiple times this time I had multiple issues. There was no hot water the shower overflowed onto the bathroom floor, covering the floor in water There was no security latch on the door it was broken off (as a solo female traveler this is important for me) The refrigerator had not been cleaned The common area definitely need some attention (a good cleaning) When I brought it up to the front desk clerk, I was told there was no manager on site. There hadn’t been a manager there in two weeks that the hotel was having a difficult time. I addressed it with Agoda and I was denied any compensation because the property claimed they dealt with my concerns on site which is incorrect!!!!!

    I loved the staff very kind and helpful The room had the old fan smell but it was clean, hot water and bed was comfortable Walking distance from the beach and close to everything perfect location not too far not too close

    It was much more run down than the pictures and while the room wasn’t dirty- it wasn’t super clean either- hairs in the shower, little to no shampoo/ conditioner and you had to guess- they weren’t labeled. Very small rooms and no noise control. Could hear everyone next door and in the hallway.
