Location. Central Main Street in the heart of downtown Annapolis. Good working a/c in the room during what was a hot & sticky weekend.
Bed mattress sunk in the middle and needs replacing. Stairs up to rooms looks shabby and carpet needs to be replaced leaving not a good first impression. It’s expensive for what it is but I appreciate it’s premium priced based on the location.

There was nothing not to like. You do need to be comfortable with stairs as it is a historic building.

Location was great- also price and the friendly staff in the restaurant… this was our second time.
I guess the cost of parking, but that comes with traveling.
