- Ideally located, all comfort with a neat decoration. Well equipped in the kitchen

Un problème sur le volet roulant de la baie du salon qui était démonté à notre arrivée (heureusement que nous n'avions pas besoin de dormir dans le salon) et qui l'est resté durant notre séjour et un problème de robinetterie qui a été rapidement résolu par les propriétaires. Malgré ces petits désordres nous avons apprécié la qualité de ce logement et le calme de ce secteur résidentiel (appartement situé en fond d'impasse, donc peu de nuisances liées à la circulation automobile), la période de notre séjour, mi-septembre, étant favorable à ces conditions. Accès rapide à la plage (on aperçoit la mer depuis le balcon) et au port Miramar sans avoir besoin de la voiture. Pour être mieux noté encore : Des housses d'oreiller jetables, notamment en période de Covid, seraient un plus pour ce logement.

Bon emplacement près de la plage et des commerces. Peu de Stationnement dans la rue à proximité du logement mais grand parking à 5 min à pieds. Logement très bien équipé. Residence calme.

Die Wohnung war nicht sauber.. Nach eine lange Reise mussten wir die komplette Wohnung erst putzen. Wir sind normale Menschen ohne besondere Ansprüche, sorry aber die Wohnung war dreckig.. Überall Haare, Küche ziemlich dreckig, Geschierrablage wurde anscheinend nie geputzt.. Badewanne mit Schimmel, Schränke sind schon ziemlich alt und staubig. Man ist im Urlaub fast immer draußen,aber kochen und sich duschen möchte man schon ohne eckliges Gefüll machen.. Es war morgens fast immer laut. Großes Parkplatz gegenüber Jetzt aber zu positiven Sachen.. Lage war ganz gut. Man läuft dürch den Wald nur ein paar Minuten zum Strand Der Strand war suuper! Alle Leute und auch Nachbarn waren ganz nett. Wir lieben Frankreich:) In der Küche war alles vorhanden, Kühlschrank war sauber!! Alle Geräte laufen einwandfrei. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet,Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen gab's da auch. Wir würden vlt. doch noch irgendwann kommen, aber nur wenn in der Wohnung richtig geputzt wird und einige Sachen wie Z.B Geschierrablage ausgetauscht wird. Und mit dem Schlüsselübergabe sollte eigentlich anders laufen.. Wir haben den Schlüssel per Post auf unsere Kosten zurückgeschickt Vermieterin und Ihre Tochter waren ganz nett und freundlich. Trotz allem haben wir unseren Urlaub sehr genossen
