About this house rental
The property is located in a location 10 km from L'Aquila. The country is large and offers all the necessary services, including post office, banks, supermarkets, churches. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bathroom and a study. It is fully furnished and equipped. In addition to the large garden there is a garage and two parking spaces in the front courtyard. The bedroom with double bed is large and is equipped with wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables and TV, the other also large, has 2 single beds, 2 chest of drawers, a wardrobe and 1 TV. There are also TV sets in the living room and study. In the house there are all the appliances necessary for daily life such as washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, dishes and all the necessary tools. The living room leads to the veranda, especially useful in summer and in the evening when the downward temperature does not allow long stay in the garden. The house is accessed from the main gate, located on the main road, after having walked on an avenue, and from a rear pedestrian gate located on a secondary road. Next to the pedestrian gate there is also the automatic gate which gives access to the courtyard overlooking the garage. The garage allows the storage of a medium-sized car and the courtyard offers 2 parking spaces.
