"This place was spotless clean. The lady at the counter was extremely friendly and its just a couple minutes walk to the UC theater. The AC worked amazing and the shower water was hot."

Convenient location, very nice staff behind the front desk.
The facility is a bit run down, has the feeling of a cheap hotel. No refills for coffee or shampoo. No room cleaning service.

Had to park on the street but really, that wasn't a big deal.

Location is good, room is spacious enough. Staff was friendly.
The room smelled musky when I arrived even though the windows were open. One window was broken, I asked them if they could fix it, they did so the next day and after that I could no longer open them. The Wi-Fi was terrible. I only got a tiny bit of shower gel and shampoo for a four day stay. Could have probably asked for more, but there is no staff member present most of the time, you have to call and wait.
