The location was great. Right next to Seaworld and we had some restaurants right in front of the hotel. Our room was spacious and the view was fantastic.
The breakfast was really unorganized. People waited forever for their pancakes. The shower could’ve been a littler cleaner.

I love the location and how clean and spacious the rooms were.
The shuttle service sucks!! We were walking up to the bus and it left us even though I created the other. The minute hadn’t turned and the bus took off even though we were 10 ft away and we had to walk 30 minutes to the park. Then at pick up I ordered the bus with ample time. It said 5:50pm and we were there from 5:30. It was six she they hadn’t arrived. We ended up taking a trolley that helped us and walked the rest of the way. I don’t recommend the shuttle.

The location of the property is great for out of town travelers
There was hair in my bed , there was no Shuttle provided, customer service didn’t want to be bothered with assistance of where the Shuttle was, I also was given incorrect information I was told that a shuttle would also be available to be picked up and dropped off to Orlando airport and that wasn’t true it caused me a problem because I spent a lot of money on uber and Lyft rides and if I new there would be no shuttle service I would have rented a car.and the breakfast did have a lot of options but it wasn’t good . I also got charged full price even though I had a very late check in. I ended up spending a lot of money and I was inconvenienced by not getting transportation.
