Entry was easy and our host, Dominic, was very pleasant and responsive when we requested towels, bowls, and a toaster. You will love meeting Bruno and his twin Remy! Invest in a few dog treats and you'll have them eating out of your hand. Street parking was fine and we walked to many stores and restaurants on Magazine, St. Charles, Tchoupitoulas," and beyond. We always felt safe on the property and around the neighborhood even after dark.
No washer or dryer on site, but the laundry at corner of Magazine and Valence was convenient. We dropped off our clothes and "Cindy" had them washed, dried, and folded for us within a few hours.

Great location, outside was cute, inside enough furniture, a refrigerator, microwave and cups. Host was exceptionally nice and worked with us on a later checkout.
While the apartment was clean looking, it needs to be mopped more often. The floors look clean but the bottom of my feet were almost black because the floors don’t seem to get mopped enough. The apartment needs a more thorough cleaning than just sweeping.
Also, I’m not really sure who gets to use the jacuzzi. The listing said there was a jacuzzi, but the location of the jacuzzi is kind of strange. It’s on the deck of the big apartment right next to a window, so I wasn’t sure if I was allowed to use the jacuzzi. Even if I was,
It’s so close to a large window of another apartment I’m not sure if I would have wanted too.
