I have stayed here two times. The staff is extremely friendly. The hotel is very clean. The man that decorates the lobby of the hotel does a great job. He decorates in accordance with the season in which you are currently in.. I stayed during Mardi Gras and everything was themed as such. I stayed in mid October and the theme was a combination of Halloween and fall. Absolutely beautiful Work! The courtyard of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. Huge swimming pool, very large hot tub. There is also a bar at one end of the courtyard, which is so cute! They offer two for one drinks with the coupon they give you when you check in. I love the fact that the rooms are located on the interior of the hotel. You must have a card key to reach the interior of the hotel where the rooms are located. I felt very safe there both times I stayed. The rooms were very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic. The cooks that prepare the breakfast are so very friendly. They offered a hot breakfast and a continental breakfast. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is only about a 15 minute drive to the port. There is no charge for parking. The breakfast is free of charge. They do offer parking packages and transportation to the port if you are going on a cruise. There are many stores and restaurants located nearby. I felt very safe in the area where the hotel is located. Lastly, book early through Agoda for the best rates!

We decided to stay outside of New Orleans and found this place to be a great value! The staff was very nice, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with variety each day.
