    The exhaust fan in the bathroom was on for the entire stay. Too loud for me. When I mentioned this to the front desk they told me it is always on and runs the length of the building. I'm guessing that guest didn't turn them on while taking a shower, so now they are on all of the time for everyone.

    Got to the hotel around 1pm from the airport. The lady at the desk said she wouldn't charge me extra to check in early, so that was nice after dealing with airports since 4am. The stay was nice. Housekeepers did great making the bed, emptying garbage and replenishing towels as needed. The transition strip in room 227 is loose, the first floor ice machine is leaking and i was a little disappointed there was no bar as shown in many property pics. Other than that everything was good. I'd def stay again.

    I chose this location because it is a newer hotel in the area, and it's convenient for commute...the room I was given was not ok - the doorframe around the bathroom door is full of rust. The bathroom door wouldn't shut completely. The shower was still wet on the walls from the last person that stayed there - they didn't even wipe down the walls and shower door. There was damage to the bathroom mirror frame, and hard water stains on the frame as well as the bathroom cabinet shelves. The microwave was damaged inside at the back, and the outside of it had fingerprints all over it. The mini fridge was off level and wobbled every time I opened or shut the door. The floor lamp behind the very worn chair had no lightbulb in it. There were two loose tiles placed under the AC unit, and exposed wiring by them for the AC unit was evident. I will give that the bed was made with clean linens, and the television worked, but that's it. I travel to this area a lot - I hate leaving negative reviews, but this was more than a simple mistake made. This is not ok. I will find other accommodations, and will not return to this location. I also took pictures, but apparently, I am unable to upload them here. I'll be making a more formal statement to the company of this hotel and supplying the photos to them.
