    Hi, I am requesting a full refund for my stay for Booking IDs 810658474 & 809764302 due to Theft of my property. I need assistance with this issue and would like to request a supervisor of AGODA to oversee this. This resulted with myself not having any clothes for work today. I was left with a pair of sweats and athletic tights, pair of tennis shoes. My belongings was removed from the room and in different bags when given to me by The Managers wife, who also cleaned my room. It's 10 items missing from my personal belongings. The Manager also yelled the entire time upset because I asked for a refund and questioned why my room was entered as I paid and booked that morning at 7:13am as well as spoke to the front desk clerk over the phone and in person before I left for work. I also called and spoke to The Managers wife twice while I was at work, The Manager included, I spoke with him while at work
